Are there any FREE MP3 downloads with NO DRM (Digital Rights Management)?

The free sites that I have been to have DRM so I can play the songs on my player but I can't sync them onto my MP3 player because they are copyrighted. I am looking for FREE sites, or MAYBE sites that are wicked cheap but definitely free is better!. Only genuine and mature responses please, thanks.
