How do i summon a monster in my extra deck with out using the proper materials?

Okay so is there a way for me to special summon a monster in my extra deck or send it to the grave yard with out properly synchro summoning example i could really use Cosmic Fortress Gol'gar in my deck but i am so not willing to put an alien in my deck so is there any way..Actually just like starlight road...so can any one tell me please and thank you
