If you saw my other question about my friend hanging out with some kid named justin-well, HELP!?

Ok, I you saw my previous question you would know what Im talking about. That Justing kid is now STEALING things from me, butif i DID tell on him, he would make up some stupid story, whereas when i say no, his friends would pop out of nowhere and go like yea, you lyer! So, im an old time pokemon fan, and ive been collecting the cards for a long while. He has been steling all my legendries, and even Acient Mew!!! And, he plays coin soccer, so he needs 4 qouarters and 2 dollars and goals. SO i gave him the 3 dollars,and he didnt give it back.HE KEPT iT. I always entrusted it with him until now. he has stole a total of 56$ over the school days!! 21 from coin soccer, and after school i was gonna buy Mario Galaxy for the wii for 40 dollars, he found 35 dollars out of my school bag, and he took it! How can i stop this WITHOUT snithing and entrust him with things? because he is being such a b***** that he SNITCHES that i kiked his stomach if i dont let him, and i get a freekin phone call home. HELP, PLEASE!
