Transferring or installing java JAD / JAR applications via bluetooth?

is it possible to transfer jad/jar files from one cellphone to another using bluetooth. I have tried doing that but it does not work. My cell SAMSUNG SGHD500 refuses to accept jar files via bluetooth.
