Where can i find a FREE point of sale software that supports price scanners, receipt printers, etc.?

Im in the navy and we have a little cafe in my squadron...im trying to find a free point of sale software to help us out with checking out....needs to be compatible with scanners, receipt printers, and cash drawers..thanks in advance....
