How would you mate up a motorcycles transmission to work in a small mid-engine, RWD car?

For a project, I was wondering how you would mate up a motorcycle transmission to a rwd car? mainly in how would I replace the chain with a driveline type thing, or how would I get the chain/belt drive to work with a differential ?
