Why do I have a hairy face ?

My face is covered in hair why is this so ? Their are great tufts of it and i have to shave my face every day . But it grows back over a few hours . I get bullied and i was talking to a guy over the phone and then i met with him and he caught sight my hairy face and walked off :'( I feel like a werewolf and i have been to doctors but they just keep on running away from me :(
