My 2 year old daughter's left shoulder is higer than the right.?

I just got back from the Orthopedist's office for my daughter for her legs. Well found out her bow leg problem is going away on it's own but her left shoulder is higher than the right. The name of his starts with an S but I cannot remember what it's called! Anyone else ever heard of it? It's not frozen, stiff shoulder. It was not caused by an injury and it doesn't cause any pain...
