Why are people complaining about The Rock not appearing live on RAW?Isn't it obvious why he can't appear live?

He's already said he's gonna confront them on RAW before Mania. Rock isn't gonna get physical with Cena at Mania, he'll just help Cena not get cheated out of the title by Miz.
