Giving an infant alcohol?

Ok. So my cousin is a druggie and last night she got drugged out of her mind and filled her 3-month old's bottle with Mike's Hard Lemonade and fed it to the baby. My whole family is trying to cover for her because she has been investigated by DSS quite a few times. I was furious when I found out and I called the police. They didn't get there in time and my extended family members (aunts, cousins) moved the baby to another home so they could "take care of her". I pushed for the baby to go to the hospital but they wouldn't take her because they knew that my cousin would be in trouble with DSS. Anyway, this morning I called DSS (first thing) and they are going to check into it. They were having a hard time finding the baby because my cousin is still out of her mind and she won't tell them where the baby is. I told them where I thought the baby was. Anyway, I want to know what the possibility is that when they find this child they will be able to do an alcohol blood level and find something? This all happened last night around 8:00. DSS said that if they could find the baby and find alcohol in its system, they would remove it from the home ASAP.
