What game should I get since I'm stumped?

I'm having trouble getting a birthday gift. I don't know which one to pick. I wanna get cod4, pre order modern warfare 2. But I also wanna get halo3, pre order ODST. Plus which ever one I pick I'll also buy a hard drive and 1600 MSP. Please help.
